Professional tryout with Montreal Expos June ’99. Health and Physical Education teacher since Sept. ’99. Varsity baseball coach for 4 seasons at Dwight Morrow High school, Englewood, N.J. Craig founded his instructional company, CK’s.Baseball4u, in January ’02 Craig specializes in infield and hitting instruction.
Kyle Goldwater
Graduate of Freehold Township High School ’96 Ursinus College graduate 2000 (Divison III, Centennial Conference) 1st team all conference pitcher 2000 24-5 career record Pitched professionally with the Kalamazoo Kings in the Frontier League Pitched with the Atlantic City Surf in the Atlantic League during the 2004-2005 seasons Played with the Newark Bears for part of the 2005 season. Currently playing with the Road Warriors of the Atlantic League. Kyle joined CK’s staff during the winter of ’06 Kyle specializes in pitching instruction.
Jay Jubak
Graduate of Brick Memorial High School ’97 where Jay attained all county, all-shore, and 3rd team all state honors. Attended Canisius College for 1 year (Divison I, Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) Transferred to University of Maryland Baltimore County (Divison I, America East) Played 3 years at University of Maryland Baltimore County where Jay earned Varsity letters. Graduated University of Maryland Baltimore County ’01. Varsity baseball coach for 2 years at Perth Amboy High School, Perth Amboy, N.J. Jay joined CK’s staff during the summer of ’05. Jay specializes in catching and hitting instruction.
Sal Palmieri
Sal is a graduate of Holmdel, H.S. where he was the varsity catcher. Sal continued his playing career at Bloomfield college in New Jersey. Upon graduating from college, Sal garnered a college coaching position at Rutgers-Newark where he was an assistant coach and is currently the assistant coach at Kean University, which won the 2007 Division III National Championship. Sal joined CK’s staff in the spring of 2009 and specializes in catching and hitting instruction.
George Walker
George is our athletic trainer on staff. Certified Personal Trainer since 1996, with NYSC since 2002 Certified Spin Instructor Independent Athletic Trainer Graduate of Matawan H.S. ’87, lettered in Football & Basketball Lettered in Basketball at Wagner College in Staten Island ’91. George joined CK’s staff during the winter of ’06. George specializes in speed and agility training.
Bobby Capaldo
Bobby is a graduate of BridgewaterRaritanHigh School. He played as an outfielder for varsity. He played 1st TeamAllCounty: First Team All Conference, 1st Team All Area. He batted .500 his senior year. Bobby attendedCanisiusCollege and transferred to The College of New Jersey. He holds single season records for batting averages and doubles. He played in the Division 3 World Series and played 1 season in the Italian Professional Baseball League. Bobby joined CK’s staff during the spring of 2010 and specializes in hitting and fielding instruction.
Nick Cesare
Nick is a graduate of South Plainfield High School in 2005: All County & All Area ’04 & ’05. He attended Kean University from 2006-2010. He was their starting pitcher for 4 years at Kean University. He pitched on the 2007 National Championship Team; Kean University: 2010 3rd Mid-Atlantic All-Region Team. Nick joined CK’s staff during the spring of 2010 and specializes in pitching instruction.
Chris Hansen
Chris graduated from Marist High School in 1999 where he was selected to the Hudson County team and second team All-State. He pitched in HS and went on to St. Peter’s College (Division I) for 4 years and was team captain. He currently is Alumni Director at Marist HS since 2008 and has been the head assistant and pitching coach since 2005. Chris joined CK’s in the summer of 2011 and specializes in pitching instruction.
Jackie Battaglino
Jackie graduated Red Bank Catholic in 2006. At RBC, she won a state championship title in 2005. She pitched 4 years at Division II East Stroudsburg University in PA. She was a two year elected captain for ESU softball team in 2009 and 2010: ESU Team MVP 2010. Jackie was nominated for Female Athlete of the Year in 2010. She was the assistant coach for the County College of Morris in spring 2011. She is also a 16u travel coach for Finch’s Aces for the summer of 2010. She coached and instructed at Diamond Nation which is affiliated and trained with Olympic Champion pitcher Jennie Finch. She is certified in Health and Physical Education. Jackie joined CK’s in the fall of 2011 and she specializes in softball instruction.
Chris LoPresti
Chris is a 2004 graduate of Marlboro High School where he was a 3-year Varsity Infielder. As a Senior tri-captain, he earned 1st team All-District honors and was also named to the Monmouth County All-Star team. He went on to attend Quinnipiac University (Hamden, CT) and graduated with a Communications degree in 2008. In addition to his duties at CK’s, Chris has also been a member of the Marlboro High School coaching staff since April of 2011. He’s currently the head JV coach & also assists the Varsity squad on non-game days. Chris joined the CK’s staff in January of 2012 and specializes in hitting & fielding instruction.
John Fogarile
John is a graduate of Xaverian High School in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. He played at shortstop his first two years of high school at the varsity level. He served as captain his senior year and helped Xaverian HS win a city championship. He attended Newberry College (Division II) in Newberry South Carolina where he played college baseball for 4 years and graduated in the Spring of 2012. John joined CK’s in the fall of 2012 and specializes in fielding and hitting.
