Class Philosophy and Breakdown

  • 8 Week High Intensity Training
  • Minimalized group setting to encourage focus and foster growth amongst participants!
  • One full hour of isolated training and high intensity workouts built to challenge your athlete in dynamic and physical ways every session! 

 

Rookie Program (Ages 8-10)

  • Designed for our younger athletes that need a little push in their workout.
  • This class will be focused on the process it takes to workout properly.

 

Elite Program (Ages 11-14)

  • Designed for our more advanced athletes ready to take their strength, speed and agility to the next level.
  • This class will be focused on the development of essential muscle groups each and every day.

Price

  • $225 per class

Functional Fitness (Ages 6-8)

  • Designed to incorporate all facets of fitness in a grab bag of physical techniques and drills.
  • This class structure will be focused on constant movements and simplified workouts at a solid pace.

 

Velocity Program (Ages 9-11)

  • Designed to make ground on the individual’s velocity and their development with their mechanics.
  • This class will be tailored to pitchers but will have many components to other positions.

 

Price

  • Flat Rate Fee of $225 per class
  • Choose two classes a week for $425
